Shipping policy
Worldwide shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping to all destinations available at checkout. Free shipping covers transportation charges; import duties and taxes are addressed separately below.
Order preparation
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Orders ship from Xiamen, China.
Estimated delivery
After dispatch, shipping is estimated to take 6–12 business days, giving an estimated total of 8–15 business days from purchase to delivery.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Timing may vary by destination, customs clearance and local holidays. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Any different delivery estimate stated for your destination before purchase will apply.
United Kingdom and United States
For deliveries to the UK and US, import duties and taxes are covered by us. If you receive a request to pay import charges, please contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] so we can help resolve it.
Other destinations
For other destinations, we arrange duties-paid shipping where available. Where duties-paid shipping is not available, applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are payable by the recipient, subject to local law. These charges are separate from our complimentary shipping.
Charges depend on the destination and the applicable customs rules. Please contact us before ordering to confirm duties-paid coverage for your destination.
Delivery assistance
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
